The boarding point in Bangkok is at Travel Mart Office, Bangkok (Kao Sarn). The arrival point in Siem Reap is at Crocodile Station Siem Reap.
Clearing the Thailand custom at the border is straightforward. After that you would enter the so called “in between zone” where you can see many touts and casino. Kindly avoid all touting services which offer the Cambodia visa service.
Please proceed further up to the actual immigration checkpoint located on the right after a short walk. This is Cambodia custom where you can apply for your visa-on-arrival from the friendly immigration officer.
