Travelling from Koh Samui to Phuket has two portions of journey.
The first portion of the journey from Koh Samui Nathon Pier is the fastest and reliable ferry service in Gulf of Thailand. The ferry duration from Koh Samui Nathon Pier to mainland Raja Ferry Port (also called Donsak Pier) usually takes about 2 hours.
Once in Donsak Pier, passengers are required to transfer to bus or van to Phuket, taking about 6 hours.
