When the bus arrived, the staff from Bell Travel informed the passengers and helped us to load our luggage on board. The pick-up point of the bus from Hua Hin to Pattaya is located beside the Roong Reuang Coach Co.,Ltd counter.

Before boarding the bus, passengers need to show their bus ticket to the driver for checking purpose. After we boarded the bus, one of the staff gave us a free drinking water and reminded us to fasten our seatbelt securely for safety.

Pick-up at Cha-am bus stop

After travelling for about 20 minutes, the bus stopped at Cha-am bus stop to pick-up the passengers. The bus stop was located in front of the Government Saving Bank at Cha-am Intersection.

The bus from Hua Hin to Pattaya reached Bangkok first, after travelling for 2 hours. After driving another 1 hour, the bus stopped at Bangkok Suvarnabhumi Airport to pick up the passengers.

We finally arrived at Pattaya Bus Terminal after 6 hours of bus journey from Hua Hin. After that, we took songthaew (Thailand’s public utility vehicle) to our hotel which is located in Pattaya city.

What we did in Pattaya?

During our stay in Pattaya, we went to the Walking Street, Pattaya Beach, Pattaya Floating Market and Koh Larn.

There were many pubs, bars, and street foods along the Walking Street. This place was a heaven for people who like nightlife. Please note that no car and motorbike are allowed to enter Walking Street within 7pm to 6am.

We also went to Pattaya Beach to see the sunrise.

Moreover, we went to Pattaya famous tourist hotspot, Pattaya Floating Market. It took us around 30 minutes from Beach Road, Pattaya to Pattaya Floating Market by taxi. Please note that ride-sharing service Grab and Uber are still illegal under Thai Law.

We took a ferry service at Bali Hai Pier in Pattaya to Koh Larn. It took us about 45 minutes to reach Koh Larn. The ferry ticket from Bali Hai Pier, Pattaya to Koh Larn is 30 baht/way.

Once we reached Koh Larn, we took a 10 minutes motorbike ride to Ta Waen Beach.

The trip to Pattaya was very fun and exciting! We visited many interesting places and enjoyed the trip very much. We might consider to come again in the future too.
