On the other hand, Don Mueang Railway Station is convenient for those whose flight lands in Don Mueang Airport (DMK). Don Mueang Railway Station is just next to the airport so passengers can directly go to the railway station and board the train.
Drop Off Point – Lampang Railway Station
Lampang Railway Station is located in the middle of Mueang Lampang, which is the capital district of Lampang Province. The railway station was built in 1915. The building is a mix of Northern Thailand style and European style, which makes the railway station unique. Throughout the years, they preserve the architectural beauty of the train station.
The railway station has two floors. The office of the Lampang District Traffic Department is in the upper level. The office and the train ticket counter is in the ground level. Washroom and spacious waiting area are available at the railway station. Upon arrival, songthaews and horse carriages; in replacement of tuk tuk, can be hired to take you to your next destination.
